German born Marty Irion grew up enjoying spätzle made the traditional way, with wheat flour and eggs. When he and his wife Julz discovered that they needed go gluten free, Julz set to work to recreate their family favorite. After much trial and error, she hit upon the perfect recipe, and the couple were soon spreading the "Spätzle Love" at local farmers markets. Lederhosen 100% optional.
