Andrew Wild grew up in Wisconsin, and ate enough ham and cheese sandwiches in his teenage years to feed a small army. Over time, he shifted to plant-based proteins for health and for the environment. Now based in Burlington, VT, Andrew and his wife Rachelle used to buy plant-based deli slices at grocery stores, but were dismayed by the amount of plastic waste and processed foods. A few years ago, they started making delicious plant-based deli slices at home, and they are excited to share them with the community!
