Bars are sweetened with either local raw honey or pure Vermont maple syrup and have a soft, chewy texture and lively fresh flavor. Their commercial kitchen is located in Brattleboro, VT where all aspects of production - from creating recipes, to producing, wrapping, and shipping energy bars - take place.
