This traditional artisanal tiramisu is made with decadent wild Amazonian vanilla bean mascarpone cheese, layered with a gluten free sponge soaked in Ecuadorian Coffee and topped with Cloud Forest Cacao Powder. Gluten free.

This Tiramisu presents a serious threat to my waistline. It's better than tiramisu I've had in restaurants and, of course, it's gluten free, allowing me to eat entirely too much of it! The coffee-soaked sponge has a lovely, delicate flavor and the creamy mascarpone layered in is fabulously rich.
