Sichuan Chili Oil

An exquisite balance of spices, this chili oil is incredibly versatile and can be used as the ultimate condiment or cooked in dishes wherever you want a hit of tasty heat. This oil is infused with a dozen spices and aromatics as well as two types of crushed chilis and, of course, freshly ground Sichuan peppercorns.

Ingredients
Infused oil (sunflower and/or non-GMO canola oil, ginger, spices, shallots, garlic), sichuan peppercorns, red chili flakes, toasted sesame oil, sea salt.
