Red mustard is slightly spicy in flavor, and texturally crunchy and succulent. Grown by Pete's Greens of Craftsbury, VT, mustard grows well in the cold and is suited to our northern climate.
Store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator.
These are visually beautiful and such a treat especially for the mustard lovers among us. They really do perk up a salad and are amazing in sandwiches. They're one of our favorites!
Native to China, these red mustard greens are about 8-12 inches tall, with broad red and green leaves and packed with vitamins and minerals.
