This mix is phenomenal! Fresh and such a great combo of spices. I am not a great cook but i am really picky about quality ingredients...so i can keep it simple. My family now thinks i went to cooking school because steak and chicken and any meat i cook tastes gourmet. All i did was add meat maestro to my salt and pepper regimen. I just rub it on. Or i use it with meat in the instant pot. I give it as gifts too
