A punny take on Herbes de Provence, this spice mix is amazing! We use it on roast chicken (quarters, thighs, or whole bird), pork loin, scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes, and more. The freshest-looking “dried” herbs I’ve ever run across. So full of flavor!
