Fresh Caught Bluefish

Bluefish is a meatier, oilier fish, and that translates to lots of flavor. Bake with some cherry tomatoes, or grill and enjoy with lemon and pepper.
Enjoy within 5 days or freeze for later use.

Storage Tips

Red's Best Scallops and Fillets are wild caught and never frozen or processed (other than cutting and packing). They are fresh caught on the Sunday or Monday preceding your order and best enjoyed within five days or they can be frozen. To thaw fish that has been frozen, place in a sealed bag in a bowl of cool water. Allow at least a day to thaw prior to cooking. Depending on the size and cut of fish, thawing times may vary.

Amazing fish

This was so fresh! I mixed some French mustard into crème fraiche, put it sparingly on the uncooked fillets with a very thin layer of fine breadcrumbs and a few drops of olive oil. Cooked in the air fryer at 400 for about 11 minutes, served with more mustard sauce on the side and new potatoes. It was really a lovely meal and so easy. Far superior to what I get in restaurants and supermarkets.

Bluefish
During the late spring and summer months Bluefish are very plentiful in and around the New England Coast. When eaten fresh they are a real treat.
