The ganache center of each truffle is crafted with 70% organic, fair trade, soy-free chocolate, a splash of Vermont heavy cream, and infused with organic vanilla beans and Vermont maple syrup. No shortcuts, and you can taste it. The truffles are then dipped in the same organic dark chocolate and decorated for flavor distinction.
