Pasteurized Cow Milk
This is a soft cheese similar to a cream cheese- except there is no additional cream added in.
Store in the refrigerator.
The addition of sundried tomatoes makes for a savory and full flavored spread with just the right amount of garlic.

I LOVE these spreadable farmer's cheeses. Great flavor, goes great on crackers or as a sandwich spread. I like making deviled eggs with the garlic herb version of this: I use yogurt instead of mayo to make it a "light", low cal version.
Wonderfully tasty but not overwhelming.
