Panettone

Red Hen's version of Panettone is a wonderful holiday treat. Unlike most Panettone you'll find today, it is naturally leavened; this accents the flavors of the fruits much better than the more common yeasted versions.
Orders will close on the 15th of December, for delivery the week of the 22nd.

Ingredients
Unbleached wheat flour*, water, butter, egg yolks, dried fruit* (raisins, cranberries, figs, unsulfured Turkish apricots), evaporated cane juice*, VT honey, candied orange peel*, orange zest*, salt, pure vanilla extract. *Certified Organic
