The Magic Bean Farm, located in Central Vermont, is owned and operated by Sarah Graves with a little help from her family and friends. Located on a small plot of land and established in 2015, The Magic Bean Farm grows vegetables, herbs, flowers and holiday wreaths while working to not only maintain but improve the soil, create habitat for native pollinators and minimize the use of non-renewable resources. The bulk of the farm work is done by hand, with traditional hand tools, a rototiller and a lot of muscle. The Magic Bean Farm strives to provide their community with food, flowers and wreaths from a small grower, build soil and habitat for native, beneficial wildlife and create an atmosphere that encourages exploration, curiosity and learning specifically as it pertains to food independence.
