Here is what roaster Paul Dayton has to say about Hunger Mt: Hunger Mountain, altitude of 3,553 feet, is located in both Middlesex and Waterbury, VT and can be accessed on both sides. I have hiked this wonderful trail many times, having spent a couple of years (long ago now) working with 7th graders at our local middle school. The science class would conduct a yearly altitude study, so I would make this trek a few times each fall. It is easier to roast coffee, but the view is WAY better on top of Hunger Mountain.
