Daikon radishes are beautiful root crops that are used extensively in Korean and Japanese cooking; this is a mixed bag of white, green and purple roots.
Store in the refrigerator in a plastic bag.
These were a lot spicier than store-bought daikon, and the red ones were very tough. I didn’t care for them raw, but roasted they were fabulous.
