These loose rainbow carrots come bagged with the greens taken off. They are sweet, crisp and add beautiful bright color to your plate. We consider these carrots as seconds because they are cosmetically imperfect. They may be small, broken, or mis-shapen, but they taste just as good!
Storage Tips
Store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator. Store separtely from apples, pears, potatoes and other fruits and vegetables that emit ethylene gas as their sweetness will be compromised.
