To access your account and update your order on our new website, you will need to reset your password. If you currently shop with us, you will have already received an email with instructions on resetting your password. You can also do this by clicking ‘Login’ at the top right and then clicking ‘Forgot Password?’ For detailed instructions, refer to the video below.
When you shop on the new website, anything you add to your basket will be your order (as long as you meet our $40 minimum order size). This means there is no checkout process.
