Pre-Ordered Frequently Asked Questions
 

How do pre-ordered items work? 

To add a pre-ordered item to your order, click on the plus sign in the bottom right corner of the product image. Each pre-ordered item will be available until the deadline listed on the product page. Once you have added the item to your cart it will remain in your basket, in the My Order tab, until the week of the deadline. It will then be automatically added to your Weekly Order for that week. 

How can I confirm that I have successfully pre-ordered an item?

To confirm that you have everything you want in your order, click on the basket icon at the top right of the page. You should see the pre-ordered items that you have added listed at the top with the date they are pre-ordered for. Anything listed below the pre-ordered banner will be normal items that will be included in your weekly order. 

Can I cancel a pre-ordered item?

You can remove a pre-ordered item from your basket on the My Order tab by clicking on the subtraction sign next to the item you wish to remove. Please note that any changes to pre-ordered items must be done before the deadline date. 

Can I make special requests with my pre-ordered item? 

We cannot always guarantee that we can accommodate special requests, but we do try our best. Please contact us to see what is possible.
