Small to medium size zucchini, come 2-3 per bag. They are harvested before they are fully mature, when they are most tender and juicy.
Store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator.
Zucchini seems to be the brunt of many jokes in the vegetable world. We've heard there are ordinances in some communities forbidding the overgenerous gifting of Zucchinis to neighbors, friends, relatives, near relatives and anyone else who is unlucky enough to come by. But really, it is a wonderful vegetable when small, tender and sweet.
My family loves this zucchini. It tastes so much better than what we can get in any local grocery store. We usually slice it lengthwise and grill it. Delicious!

I am a huge zucchini fan and these little guys do not disappoint. They are tender and sweet and make fabulous "pasta" when turned into curly strands with my nifty little Spiralizer and topped with pesto.
