This is a brightly flavored hummus that is perfect on crackers, or spelt matzoh, or your favorite Red Hen bread.
Keep refrigerated, or freeze for later use.
This is a really nice hummus... savory and garlicky and salty but not too salty. I think the thing that really makes this hummus stand out is the little bit of SESAME OIL that's added for flavor. And although there are multiple oils added to it, it doesn't seem overly dripping with greasiness either, like some hummus.
As another reviewer pointed out: this isn't silky-smooth hummus but I honestly like it a little rustic. I like to be able to tell that it was made with real chickpeas.
Wonderful - the garlic is noticeable but not overwhelming, just how I like it. Not a "silky" style hummus, FYI, but I don't mind that.
