This spinach is soil grown, the leaves are large, but sweet and full of nutrients. It is fully washed but as with all spinach - an extra washing is advised to get out the last of the grit from all the wrinkles and folds.
Store wrapped in a towel, paper towel, or plastic in the refrigerator.
