These eggs are from young chickens and are 2/3 to 3/4 the size of regular chicken eggs. They have dark golden yolks that stand up high and whites that stay together when poached or fried. Outstanding flavor and a wonderful addition to baked goods.

These eggs are laid by hens who spend their days digging and scratching out of doors where they get a very healthy diet of vegetable scraps from the farm and organic grain.
