I order these every week! Sometimes I mash them, sometimes I cut and roast them with olive oil and salt!

Yes, complete agree with the sentiment that these make amazing mashed potatoes. They taste so good it's like there's a secret ingredient. When really it's just a darn tasty potato. I made my mashers with butter, milk, and salt. So, so good, I've ordered them twice in a row.

These potatoes have such great flavor, and true to the description, do NOT need butter! The first time I used them I made mashed potatoes, no butter needed and they were fluffy and amazing! The second time I chopped them and roasted them with garlic, again...YUM! We'll be getting these again soon!
