These brilliant red and orange peppers are moderately hot, however, the name might lead you to believe otherwise! The seeds are the spiciest part of the pepper, so remove those before eating for a more mild flavor.
Store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator, or freeze already roasted peppers for later use.
Also known as Hungarian Cherry Pepper, they have thick walls, and are small- only about 2 inches in diameter.
