Spinach Ravioli

David's spinach is sautéed in butter with onions and garlic, then combined with ricotta, Grana Padano, eggs, and seasoning. Wrapped in a blonde dough, this savory ravioli is a real treat.

Ingredients
Dough :organic semolina, pasteurized eggs, sea salt Filling: spinach, ricotta cheese, Grana Padano cheese, panko bread crumbs, butter, garlic, onions, nutmeg, sea salt, pepper.
Storage Tips

For best results keep ravioli frozen until ready to cook, and then add straight to boiling water.
