Storage Tips

For best results keep ravioli frozen and add them directly to boiling water when ready to prepare.

These beet ravoli are excellent. (The kale, red pepper, & goat cheese are my favorite ravioli that Valicenti makes.)

These are our favorite ravioli and every time they are available we order them! Delish and such a fun bright color on the plate. All they need is a drizzle of EVOO and a little parmesan. YUM!!
