These multigrain ravioli are stuffed with portobello mushrooms, spinach, and chevre.
Filling: portabello mushrooms, spinach, sheep and goat milk cheeses, bread crumbs, tomato, onion, garlic, vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, herbs, sea salt & cracked pepper. Dough: organic farro, spelt, organic kammut, whole durum wheat, and pasteured eggs.
