Valicenti Pasta Farm Browned Butter and Sweet Potato Ravioli
These Ravioli are filled with roasted sweet potatoes, and seasoned with browned butter and sage.
Dough: soft wheat flour, pasteurized eggs, sea salt Filling: Michelle and David’s sweet potatoes (roasted & pureed), Grana Padano Cheese, Bread Crumbs, brown butter, spices and fresh scallion.
KEEP RAVIOLI FROZEN. FOR BEST RESULTS TAKE THEM FROM THE FREEZER TO THE POT.

These are probably the best ravioli I have ever had!!! I can't think of any better. I had them with a little light sauce I made of a little extra virgin olive oil, a little garlic salt, a little cinnamon and a little earth balance butter. The raviolis were perfect consistency and I really didn't need to put anything on them except a little olive oil. Very good. Next time these are in stock I would buy. The beat raviolis were excellent too
