Sardi Pasta

This is a basic semolina dough in the shape of a tightly curled shell, which somewhat resembles a gnocchi (hence the name). Goes well with any sauce or pesto, or use it to make an extra-special mac and cheese.

Keep Refrigerated - this is made fresh each week. Use within one week or freeze for later use.
