We have been looking for a pasta maker whose product quality and flavor is up to the standards we have set, and from the first taste we knew Dave and Michelle were the real thing. Michelle has a gluten intolerance so she has created these amazing gluten free pastas with incredible flavor.

I don't know how they make gluten free pasta this good. It's magic. Valicenti fresh pasta is the best anyway, and there really isn't a noticeable difference between gluten & gluten free. Magic, I tell you.

I've been gluten free for the last 15 years and had stopped buying Gluten free pasta because most of it was terrible. When I tried Valicenti I was amazed, I love it! Even my gluten eating family members like it. It's tasty and hearty like regular gluten pasta. I buy whatever is available in the gluten free option every week.
