Lemon thyme is a wonderful fragrant herb. The fresh, bright flavor of lemon mixed with the rich woodsy flavor of thyme. You could substitute it in anywhere thyme is called for, most often in poultry or seafood dishes. It's great added to homemade lemonade and desserts too.
Store fresh lemon thyme in a bag, wrapped loosely in a damp paper towel, in your refrigerator. It can also be frozen or dried and used at any time.
