In the bundle from Tilldale you will receive two top round steaks (1-2 lb average) and one chuck roast (3.5-4 lb average). From Little Lakes Ranch, two London broil steaks (.75-1 lb average) and five packs of ground beef (1 lb each). This Pork is grown and raised by Ben Nottermann and his family on Snug Valley Farm. Ben and his family have been farming on their East Hardwick farm for over 30 years and while originally in dairy, transitioned to beef and pork production as a way to diversify and become sustainable.

We source our 100% grass-fed beef from Tilldale Farm and Little Lakes Ranch. Both farms raise Red Devon cross cattle on a 100% grassfed and grass finished diet. The beef is dry aged for at least a week before delivery to us.
