Organic Creamline Milk

half gallon
$10.98

Strafford Creamline Milk is not homogenized so the luscious Guernsey cream floats to the top. Children think it is a milkshake thanks to the natural sweetness of the cream. You can either stir or shake it back into the milk (or get there first and pour the cream right off the top into your coffee or cereal).

Storage Tips

Strafford Organic Creamery dates their milk with Sell By dates (not Best By dates). Keep their milk in cold refrigeration, and it will last for 10-14 days after the Sell By date.

Strafford Organic Creamery, Strafford, VT

Certified organic since 1997, milking 50 gorgeous guernseys, and bottling on their own since 2001, Strafford Creamery is committed to sustainable agriculture and dairy without compromises.
Please rinse and return your bottle so it can be filled with more delicious milk!

Love this milk

I read all the reviews and decided to try it. Like everyone said, it tasted great, even with the cream chunks that were at the top in our first few glasses. I was worried it would taste too rich or gross with those chunks, but they didn't taste bad at all. My husband is usually lactose intolerant. He drank two glasses and seemed to do fine with it. I will be getting this again and again.

Really creamy and delicious. A bit buttery at the top from the fat content. Made yogurt with a half gallon in my Instant Pot and it turned out great.

Best I ever had! I make a drink with this milk that includes orange juice and vanilla.

This is excellent, delicious milk. I'm not THE most experienced expert, but it's certainly richer and "sweeter" tasting than normal supermarket milk, but it also tastes sweeter than the Kimball Farms milk.

I also like that it's in a glass container, better for the environment.

One comment for another poster/reviewer of this product - I don't know about Massachusetts NOT being a raw milk state. I know of at least producer/sellers of raw milk. One is in the Amherst area (I forgot the name), and another is in Chilmark, MA. They're both farms that use their own dairy cows. I tried some raw milk ice cream made from the milk in the Amherst place. The one in Chilmark is called Mermaid Farm and Dairy. I have been tempted to try raw milk from the Chilmark farm, but they only sell in larger quantities (half-gallons). And The Grey Barn farmstand (they make their own wonderful cheese), also in Chilmark, sells meats and dairy from local farms. They sell raw milk.

I would guess that there are others. If you want raw milk, you just have to seek it out..

First had whole milk with cream on top with french press coffee in Scotland last year, and my whole world changed. So very happy you carry it--and I love the glass bottle! This milk tastes amazing enough that I drink it on it's own sometimes (but can't afford the calories). Would be great for a family with small kiddos.

Whole organic un-homogenized milk in a glass bottle -- well, that's hard to beat. I would prefer raw milk but Massachusetts is not "a raw milk state." This milk is delicious.

This milk is fabulous. I like to switch between this and the KB cream line milk just to experience the difference (you can really taste it! ) Until I started buying milk from FTY, I had no idea it can have a such a taste profile.

This stuff is great.
And for ye unbelievers, a recent study (can't be bothered to look it up) found no correlation between saturated fat in diet and saturated fat in blood. It's bad in your blood, there's nothing wrong with consuming it.

Delicious! Has become a staple of my orders.

This stuff must be bottled straight from the cow's udder. It will last weeks in my fridge even though I'm probably suppose to throw it out well before that.

This was the first item of our very first order that I took out of the bag! I had to try a glass right away. This milk is just the most amazing stuff! It reminds me of the milk I had when I visited England...milk with the flavor (but not super heaviness) of cream. Highly recommended...especially in a frosted mug! :-)

I love getting dairy in glass bottles. The taste is great, and, in spite of getting dragged home after school, carpool, etc. (I try to bring my cooler every week...) it seems to stay fresh much longer than my supermarket brand. I opt for the non-homogenized version so I can try to scoop some cream off the top for my coffee, but that's a little messy for me pre-caffeine, so now I mostly shake it back in.

I have two complaints, but both relate to packaging and my particular situation, not quality. 1) This is way too much milk for our family to use in a week. My kids can't eat dairy, and my husband barely does. I sure wish I could buy milk in a glass PINT jar. That's all I need. 2) The glass bottles are too tall at 10.125 inches for any space in my fridge except the door, which is too warm to store milk. I had to buy a short, squat glass pitcher to decant my milk into to solve this problem and make the milk fit that lower shelf at the back, where it belongs--especially for those of us who take so long to use up the milk.

Spouse is English and spent the last five year choking down milk that tasted off to him. And then we bought this milk. Even with the cream shaken in it is very rich. We used to go through about a quart of milk a week, if that. Now we get a half gallon of this every week and always use it up.
