Really like the flavors but too salty.
We liked the first one. But somehow, the second one was rather underwhelming. It's not really a lasagna and has a very specific taste, more like a veggie stew and you need to really like this kind of veggie. Other people must love it, since there are even two versions of it and always only the golden lasagna, even though they also make a meat one, that's really good.
Our family is not a fan...huge pieces of vegetables...no discernible layers...not a combined flavor. I do not recommend this...I know that others do...our family was not a fan
Agreed. Super delicious but too salty for us as well. Hoping the salt can be scaled back a bit. It is easy enough to add if people prefer more. Thank you for a delicious vegetable lasagna.
It's wonderful how the first handful of ingredients are all veggies! However, all of our family members founds this too salty. Perhaps that's something the producer can adjust in the future?
This is a really delicious lasagna, with flavor that keeps us going back for "just a bit more". Will definitely order again,
This is a hearty, and tasty VEGETABLE lasagne. It should not be called a butternut squash lasagne. The only butternut squash in this dish is in the sauce. I ordered this without looking at the ingredient list assuming it was a butternut squash lasagne per the name. I definitely should have looked at the ingredient list, that's totally my fault, but still, the name is not accurate.
It would have tasted good and we would have been happy with the vegetable lasagne, but it was so salty (and generally I like salty foods) -- I'm not sure if it was just the batch we got. Also, there was no fresh mozzarella on top. This was a disappointment. We planned on having it for leftovers the next day, but the saltiness was overwhelming. :-(
I bought this at SoWa Market and baked it off last week. It was great! Lots of veggies, not too heavy on the cheese. It can serve 6 people easily if having side salad or soup with it.
