Dave and his wife Michelle founded Valicenti Organico to grow their own ingredients and produce delicious, fresh, gourmet pastas and sauces in the same place Dave’s family has lived for more than 35 years. Dave and Michelle strive to use only their own or locally grown ingredients sourced from trusted, conscientious farmers like Lull Farm, Kimball Fruit Farm and Brookford Farm. They are committed to growing organically and sourcing within their community for the freshest, healthiest and most delicious ingredients season after season. We have been looking for a pasta maker whose product quality and flavor is up to the standards we have set, and from the first taste we knew Dave and Michelle were the real thing.

Agreed. Super delicious but too salty for us as well. Hoping the salt can be scaled back a bit. It is easy enough to add if people prefer more. Thank you for a delicious vegetable lasagna.

It's wonderful how the first handful of ingredients are all veggies! However, all of our family members founds this too salty. Perhaps that's something the producer can adjust in the future?

This is a really delicious lasagna, with flavor that keeps us going back for "just a bit more". Will definitely order again,

This is a hearty, and tasty VEGETABLE lasagne. It should not be called a butternut squash lasagne. The only butternut squash in this dish is in the sauce. I ordered this without looking at the ingredient list assuming it was a butternut squash lasagne per the name. I definitely should have looked at the ingredient list, that's totally my fault, but still, the name is not accurate.
It would have tasted good and we would have been happy with the vegetable lasagne, but it was so salty (and generally I like salty foods) -- I'm not sure if it was just the batch we got. Also, there was no fresh mozzarella on top. This was a disappointment. We planned on having it for leftovers the next day, but the saltiness was overwhelming. :-(

I bought this at SoWa Market and baked it off last week. It was great! Lots of veggies, not too heavy on the cheese. It can serve 6 people easily if having side salad or soup with it.
