This basil is indeed very hard to find. It's great in the Thai Basil Chicken or Pork that we make. The recipe here is very simple. Definitely look for the oyster sauce. We use Korean oyster sauce and it seems fine. https://www.eatingthaifood.com/thai-basil-chicken-recipe-pad-kra-pao-gai/
