Bonté Bakery Gluten Free Sourdough Pizza Crust
This pizza crust is made with Bonte Bakery's own gluten free sourdough culture. It is a thin crust with a mild sourdough flavor. It can be crispy or chewy depending on how long you bake it. Each package contains two par baked 10” pizza crusts.

This crust contains no gums or preservatives and should be stored in the refrigerator and used within 7 days or frozen for later use.
Top pizza crust as desired. Bake on stone or pan at 500° for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is desired crispness.
