Chocolate Covered Sea Salt and Vanilla Caramels

Sea salt and vanilla caramels dunked in a fine layer of organic dark chocolate. Winner of a Good Food Award and two Sofi Awards. One caramel is decorated with a drawing of one of Big Picture Farm's goats, using organic cocoa butter paint, the other with a little pink heart.

Ingredients
Farmstead goat milk, organic cane sugar, organic tapioca syrup, VT cow cream, organic dark chocolate (organic and fair trade certified cacao beans, cocoa butter, evaporated cane syrup, sunflower lecithin), goat butter, sea salt, organic pure bourbon vanilla extract, baking soda

Storage Tips

Keep in a cool, dry place for up to 10 weeks, best if eaten within 6 weeks (not that they'll last that long).
