Store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator. Store separtely from apples, pears, potatoes and other fruits and vegetables that emit ethylene gas as their sweetness will be compromised.

These are solid quality. I've had better carrots but not often & definitely not from a grocery store. I usually get these in the dark days of winter, when summer produce is a distance memory. Great in soup.
