This product is cultured with a lactic acid starter, and is made from jersey milk that has been flashed pasteurized and skimmed of cream.

I love this for baking - particularly buttermilk biscuits! Does this dairy also make a full-fat version? I generally prefer full fat dairy - less processing, though must be used in moderation :)

Silky, thick and not too tangy, this buttermilk makes a tasty topping for fresh berries or sliced peaches drizzled with real maple syrup. My first bottle had these odd little curds floating in the liquid (so I am going to make zucchini bread with it). The second bottle, however, was perfect.

Wow, this is very thick and creamy. It's improved everything I've baked with it, especially with whole wheat bread flour.
