Ingredients
Organic Wheat Flour, Water, Organic Olive Oil, Salt, Organic Yeast
Storage Tips

If you are not using them within 4 days, then freeze them and thaw them in the oven just before you use them. They come out almost as fresh as when they were first baked.

Red Hen Baking Co., Middlesex, VT

It is really a crime to wrap Tilldale Farm's ground beef or Misty Knolls ground turkey in anything but the best... and now we have it. Red Hen is making Hamburger Buns out of their delicous bread.
They come packed 4 per bag and will stay fresh for a few days in the bag.

amazingly good rolls! great for large sandwiches. Make sure the filling is really good as these shouldn't be wasted on just any sandwiches.

These are fine as rolls, but for hamburger buns, they're too tall to be used with a good sized burger and too stiff as well. A GREAT bun would be something like a brioche roll, something softer. You squeeze it with the burger, slice of tomato and slice of onion, and it will squish downward. But if you have a thick burger, the stiffness/density and height make it difficult to bite down on and get a respectable size bite into your mouth.

If anyone has had a really dense and chewy New York bagel, imagine one that is really tall. It would not be the type of bread that you'd want to have for a burger.

Get these for rolls for dinner. That's fine. But I can't recommend these as hamburger buns.
