These greens are remarkable! They arrive with a just-picked crispness and intense flavor. We use a dash of aged balsamic, a pinch of sea salt, olive oil and a poached egg to make a quick delicious breakfast. If we could find a way to return or refill the substantial hard plastic packaging (given the dubious fate of recyclables...), I'd be in heaven!

We eat these greens raw in salad, since they're so tender. The mustard greens add a delightful spiciness. Yum!

Braising Greens for Breakfast

Saute the whole bag of greens with a clove of garlic sliced and a splash of red wine. Sprinkle just a little salt or a few drops of soy sauce or Bragg's liquid aminos. After about a minute, when the greens are barely wilted, and have brightened in color, put them in a salad bowl and top with a chunk of cream cheese or chevre. Consume, and begin your day.
