Alehouse Cheddar Crackers

A very flavorful combination of ingredients: alehouse cheddar (using Vermont Farmstead Cheese) with horseradish mustard. These beautiful artisanal crackers are based on an 1800's recipe by Josiah Bent from Massachusetts who wanted to make a lighter and thinner version of Hardtack- a soldiers' and seafarers' staple. They are all natural and GMO free and are mixed, rolled, baked and cracked by hand to create a beautiful, rustic looking cracker.

Ingredients
unbleached enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine monoitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), milk, cornmeal, alehouse cheddar, unsalted butter, horseradish, whole grain dijon mustard, brown sugar, sea salt, vinegar, baking soda, kosher salt, dry mustard, cayenne pepper
Processed in a facility that uses tree nuts; contains wheat and dairy.

These crackers are shelf stable for up to ten months.
