For my staff pick I'm choosing Elmore Roots Nursery's Organic Black Currant Elderberry Spreadable Fruit. I love smearing this jam on a morning bagel, mixing it into some plain yogurt for some added natural flavor, and sometimes I add it to a pan sauce that compliments any meat dish.
