Fall Bitters Salad with Quince Mustard Vinaigrette, Fresh Pears and Pecans

For the salad:

1 head of radicchio

1 bunch mixed greens

1 pear, thinly sliced

1 cup of pecans

1/4 cup dried cranberries

For the quince mustard vinaigrette:

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp quince mustard

1 tbsp honey

1 small clove of garlic

1/2 tsp salt


To make your vinaigrette, add all ingredients to a jar and shake vigorously until combined. (adjust your seasoning if needed).

Assemble your greens in a large salad bowl. 

Top with thinly sliced pears, chopped pecans and dried cranberries. 

Drizzle with your dressing and enjoy!
