Ingredients
- ⅓ cup Tahini
- 3 Tbsp Miso paste
- ½ - ¾ cup water
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup parsley leaves
- ½ tsp salt
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor. Puree until smooth, add more water until it reaches desired consistency.
- Enjoy on a salad, braised greens, over squash or crispy tofu.
