Deb, one of our FTY members, has been looking for some healthy snacks that her kids can eat at the end of the day that aren’t too processed or sugary. The convenience of a packaged energy bar can’t be beat, but man are they expensive! Not to mention, some of those bars have questionable ingredients. Here are a couple to try.
