BACK TO SCHOOL BREAKFAST
Weekday breakfast tends to be a zippy experience. Not much time for making p-cakes, waffles, omelets, hashes – that’s weekend fare. But there are other options besides boxed cereal. Homemade granola is easy peasy to make and a boatload less expensive than purchased granola. Granola recipes beg to be fiddled with – so use either what you have on hand or what’s most calling out to you. See the list of add-ins following the recipes.
