Ingredients
- 3-4 cups fresh spinach leaves
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ cup walnut pieces, you can toast in the oven or on a dry skillet for a deeper flavor
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in the processor and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Makes about 2 cups
