Ingredients
- 1 bunch FTY basil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- ¼ cup almonds
- ¼ cup olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor combine the basil, garlic, almonds and olive oil. Process until finely chopped. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Makes enough pesto for roughly a pound of pasta.
